Captain's Log-Day 1

July 1, 1701

I am the captain of this magnificent ship. The Royal Katherine, My name is Nathaniel Kenway Britannia. The King, my friend and rightful ruler of Scotland, King James Wallace I, has commissioned me to start a colony in the New World. To start what the weak British could not achieve. A lasting endeavor, a lasting will of our power. The Spanish have made a claim to what they now call the Florida colony. The French have made claim to the North.What was left of the British colony was overrun by the indigenous tribes. Although that is partly my doing, as a pirate, I worked with the Native population to get rid of the British colony. I sailed the coasts up and down launching raids. Then I came home to destroy the British, and take back the Throne. I was never one for organized Armies. I always used Guerrilla tactics. I assassinated high value targets when they slept. I became known as the Wolf of the Sea. No matter where the high value targets were, on the sea or on the land. I killed them. However that is not what this trip is about. I will re-establish my contacts within the New World. The tribes know me. They trust me. I can obtain supplies easier than the British were able too. However I have made it clear, I will not stop my ways. I am a pirate. I am a sailor. The sea is my home. I will Govern the colony until it gets off the ground. Then I shall leave.
