Journal of Thomas Britannia- Grandson of Nathaniel

 October 1 1763

My Father, Hawthorne Britannia has given me to the many journals of my Grandfather. So I can see how he had lived his life before settling within the New World. I was surprised to read that he was a pirate. He enjoys sailing as much as he did when he was younger. However he is getting old now, and his flame of youth is slowly burning away. For the last sixty-two years, the colonies of the new world have grown into one of the largest territories of Scotland. Now a world power Scotland is becoming intolerable. Those on our mother soil know not of our struggles, and only see most of us as second class. We are all Scottish, and they would do well to remember what the Colonialists have sacrificed for them. Growing up I thought my father and grandfather were invincible. Now I lead a group of revolutionaries who do not wish to see our sixteen great colonies, Britannia, Florencia, New Wales, New Ire, West and South Catherine, Williamson, Antonia, Alaine, Alvania, Aquelia, to make note of Aquelia. I was never sure why they named themselves after my Grandfathers ship. I think it has to with the fact that the Governor that was granted the charter was one of my fathers sailors. A giant but peaceful man. Aragon their militia is quite strong, they focus on land based raid tactics from what my father and grandfather told me. Fiore, Genovia, Idris and Ivalice. Genovia, Idris and Ivalice are the youngest colonies, started in 1710, they have grown rapidly due to the diverse immigrants coming from Scotland as well as other areas around Europe. We will not stand idly by while Parliament does as they want to us. Like William Wallace before we will fight if we have too. I have already sent a letter to my blood-cousin King James Wallace III. I can only hope he listens. I can only hope that our grandfathers blood pact still holds strong.

Thomas Britannia, Statesmen of the colony of Britannia.
