I know not when this war will end. It may end ten years from now, or may end in seven if god gives us the fortitude and power to fight on. I know not what will come, I know that we will continue to fight until we are exhausted and we can no longer pick up our rifle or no longer sail our ships. Over the last month, the navy has scored many victories both at sea, and as raiding parties to the Scottish controlled Caribbeans. We will decimate their forces wherever they may be. I also hear from my sister that is near the front lines that the main army stationed on the land is also doing quite well, they have repeatedly repelled the Scottish army that hopes to reclaim Britanic Hill. However we are not without casualties. I have proposed to my raiding parties that we raid the Scottish controlled armory in eastern Ivalice, that way we can send fresh ammo, cannons and muskets to supply our army. The Scottish navy plans to blockade the port cities, although they will not have success if I have anything to say, they still have the supply lines coming in from Canada, but it will be harder to supply their armies if they do not have access to the seas.
